In order for Yachiyo to further secure the trust of our customers and society, it is essential that each of our associates behave in an honest and ethical manner based on our corporate philosophy.

Quality of Products and Services

Yachiyo's Policy

Yachiyo strives to provide products and services that exceed the expectations of customers and society. As a prerequisite, we prioritize quality and safety above all else, set high standards for ourselves, and respond with sincerity.

Required Behavior

Yachiyo's Policy

As a fair and impartial company, Yachiyo conducts healthy transactions based on relationships of trust with all business partners, including parts suppliers, sales companies, and outsourcing partners, under free competition, and aim to build long-term and developmental relationships.

Required Behavior

As a member of Yachiyo, I will comply with the following in order to maintain fair and healthy relationships with business partners.

• When deciding on business partners, I will appropriately follow company policies and procedures and comply with laws and internal rules related to transactions. Furthermore, I do not do business with business partners who violate human rights (forced labor, child labor, etc.).
• I do not accept or provide benefits such as money, goods, or entertainment from business partners that go beyond what is socially acceptable. Furthermore, I will not take advantage of our position or authority to receive or give unfair favors to stakeholders.

Company's Assets

Yachiyo's Policy

Yachiyo appropriately owns and manages tangible and intangible company assets as management resources in order to achieve business objectives.

Required Behavior

As a member of Yachiyo, I will handle company assets appropriately and will not engage in any act that would damage the value of company assets.
As a member of Yachiyo, I will appropriately manage facilities, equipment and jigs, products and parts, company loaned items, money, intellectual property, and all other assets of the company in accordance with company rules, and not use them for purposes other than Yachiyo's business purposes.

Information Management

Yachiyo's Policy

Yachiyo will appropriately acquire, use, protect, and manage confidential information and personal information owned by the company in order to conduct proper business operations.

Yachiyo's Policy

Yachiyo has no relationship with any forces (organized criminal groups) that threaten the order and safety of civil society through criminal acts.

As a member of Yachiyo, I will not do any business with anyone who has any ties to organized crime at present and in the past. If a problem arises or I have any doubts, immediately report and consult with my supervisor and the general affairs department.
